At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement at the Bar that in the instant case investigation has already been concluded and charge sheet has been submitted against petitioner No. 2 and cognizance has also been taken by the concerned Magistrate. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has next submitted that upon the charge sheet being submitted and cognizance being taken, petitioner No. 2- Shashi Bhushan Tiwari has preferred an application u/s 482 No. 27253 of 2024, which is pending before this Court. In view thereof, he does not intend to further press this petition and seeks to withdraw it. 4. Learned AGA has no objection. 5. In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Office to de-tag Application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. No. 27253 of 2024 and 28555 of 2024 from the instant petition and put up as fresh on 22.9.2025 before the appropriate Bench.
