Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the communication has spent itself on the score that the term of the managing committee is already over. Even otherwise, the communication only indicated that two other writ petitions are - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:17323 WP No. 117087 of 2019 pending and till the petitions are disposed, no further action can be taken. In the light of the aforesaid circumstance, nothing further would survive consideration in the case at hand. Therefore, the petition is to be disposed as having rendered itself infructuous. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed as having become infructuous. 5. It is open to the petitioner to avail of such remedy as is available in law. Ordered accordingly.
