This application has been filed by the applicants for quashing the entire proceedings of Case No. 2603/2010 pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Offence Against the Women Jaunpur as well as the N.B.W. + 82 Cr.P.C. proceeding passed by the court below dated 18.01.2025 under Section 498A I.P.C. read with Section 3/4 D.P. Act, registered as Case Crime No. 16 of 2002, Police Station Maharajganj, District Jaunpur between State Vs. Ram Raksha & others. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicants states that he may be permitted to withdraw this application filed under Section 528 BNSS with liberty to file bail application before the court below. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants. 5. Under the circumstances, the present application under Section 528 BNSS is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to applicants to approach the court concerned for bail. In order to enable the applicants to approach the court concerned for bail, for a period of 20 days, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. In case, the bail application is preferred by the applicants before the court concerned, the court concerned shall decide the same expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. 6. The application under Section 528 BNSS is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and direction.
