Perusal of the record would indicate that there exists dispute between the petitioner and private respondent nos.4 to 6 in respect of immovable property. Such dispute can only be resolved by the competent civil court. Neither any administrative authority would have jurisdiction to adjudicate such issues nor can any direction be issued for such purposes. Merely stating that private respondents are land grabber (Bhumafia) would not vest jurisdiction in the Administrative authorities to adjudicate private claim in respect of immovable property. Consequently, the instant writ petition is dismissed. Dismissal of the writ petition would not preclude the petitioner to approach the competent authority where all issue of facts are left open for adjudication by the competent authority in accordance with law.
