M/s.R.L.Karthika, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the petitioner has encroached 126 sq.m., of land in the aforesaid survey number and had constructed compound wall and building, and the same was removed by the third respondent in the year 2014 itself. 4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
