The following prayers have been made in the present petition: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent Nos. 3 to 6 not adopt any illegal action against the campus, buildings and trees and others of the college of the petitioner i.e. not to demolish the same situate at Arazi No. 1884 area 0.227 Hectare, except in accordance with law. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos. 2 to 6 to maintain status-quo over the building and area of Janta Inter College, Nagla Mohan, Dhoomari, Tehsil Aliganj, District Etah situate at Arazi No. 1884 area 0.227 Hectare, till the disposal of Original Suit No. 364 of 2024 (Janta Inter College Vs. Arjun Singh and others) pending before the Learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Etah and also till the disposal of the case filed U/s 128 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the court of Collector Etah (Janta Inter College Vs. Arjun Singh and others), except in accordance with law." 2. Shri Vikas Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, after making brief submissions, does not press the writ petition but reserves liberty in favour of the petitioner to pursue the pending proceedings. 3.
