The following prayers have been made in the instant writ petition:- "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to demolish the illegal construction made by respondent No.5 and also restrained the respondents not to change the nature of the land. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to take necessary steps regarding survey of the land for demarcation of boundaries." 2. After going thorough the averments in the writ petition, we are of the considered opinion that the dispute is between the petitioner and respondent No.5 (private person) in respect of right, title and interest in an immovable property and which we decline to examine in exercise of writ jurisdiction. 3.
