Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present he is physically not in a position to continue his duties on the transferred place Sambalpur, he is originally resident of Jagdalpur and the wife of the petitioner is posted as Nurse in Government Hospital, Jagdalpur, as such he is seeking a direction to this effect that the respondent authorities may be directed to consider his representation for his transfer at some appropriate place as he is physically not fit to travel such a long distance and needs assistance for day to day routine work.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is directed to submit detailed representation showing nature of ailment of his son along with documents within 10 days and in turn after receiving of the representation, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the same in a pragmatic manner, within a period of four weeks.
4. It is made clear that the petition has not been heard on merits.
5. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of with aforesaid observations and directions.
