Learned counsel for the State contends that the private- respondent(s) have filed review petition wherein this Court had stayed the operation of the order dated 20.07.2023. In view of the same, as on date, there is no disobedience of the order dated 20.07.2023. 3. In view of the above, Civil Original Contempt Petition is dismissed. The contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 4. Liberty is however granted to the petitioners to avail their remedy, as available to them, in accordance with law, after the decision of the review petition. 5.
