In furtherance of a direction given by this Court in an order dated 11-02-2025 while disposing/ dismissing writ petition WP(C) No. 231/2025 titled, “Mukhtar Ahmad Ganaie v/s UT of J and K and Ors.”, Mst. Shameema Aziz,-Notary Public (Advocate) has caused her personal presence before this Court. 2. This Court has put across to Advocate Shameema Aziz the dereliction of attention and authority on her part as Notary Public in lending attestation to a purported compromise deed dated 04-01-2025 related to subject matter of a purported settlement between a person undergoing trial as an accused for commission of offence of rape and the victim of the said alleged offence. 3. This Court closes this matter by putting Advocate Shameema Aziz,-Notary Public on caution not to repeal in any such similar like indulgence in matter of attestation of documents which may visit her with severe consequence to the extent of withdrawal of her Notary Public power/authority. 4.
