This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 23.12.2024 registered as Case Crime no. 206 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Kamasin, District Banda. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case charge-sheet no. 22 of 2025 dated 13.2.2025 has already been submitted. 4.
