He relies on order dated 20th December, 2024 made by co-ordinate Bench in Writ-C no.42594 of 2024 (M/s Anukta Construction and another Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) as covering his client's grievance and claim. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner's representation dated 3rd February, 2025 will be duly dealt with. Respondent no.4 is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 3rd February, 2025. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order, copies of his representation and said order dated 20th December, 2024 (supra) to said respondent.
