This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "nature of mandamus commanding the Additional Commissioner Azamgarh Division, (Respondent No.2) to ensure the hearing of Azamgarh stay Popphication dated 28.06.2024 filed Appeal/Case No.976/2024 No.C202415000000976 Alpa Computerized Vs. Indrajeet in others u/s 24 (5) U.2. Revenue Code, 2006 and Case decide the same within stipulated time which this Hon'ble Court may fixed. and II. issue a writ, order direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Additional Commissioner Division, Azamgarh (Respondent No.2) in the Azamgarh to decide the Case/Appeal No.976/2024 Computerized 000976 Alpa 24(5) U.P. Vs. Case No.C202415000 and others Indrajeet Revenue Code, 2006 u/s within stipulated time which this Hon'ble Court may." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
