This interlocutory application, under Order 1 Rule 10 of the CPC is preferred by the applicant for impleadment of Smt. Suranjana Senapati, Director of Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 and Sri Ratul Das, District Elementary Education Officer, Barpeta, Assam-781301, as contemnor Nos. 4 and 5 in seriatim manner in Cont.Cas(C) No. 395/2019. 3. Mr. Hoque, learned counsel applicant submits that in Cont.Cas(C) No. 395/2019, the aforementioned contemnors were not impleaded and there is a requirement for impleading them as contemnor Nos. 4 and 5, in order to adjudicate the connected contempt petition. 4. Having heard the submission of Mr. Hoque, learned counsel for the petitioner, I have carefully gone through the application and the documents placed on record. 5. Taking note of the submission of Mr. Hoque, learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this interlocutory application stands allowed. Suranjana Senapati, Director of Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 and Sri Ratul Das, District Elementary Education Officer, Barpeta, Assam-781301, shall be impleaded as contemnor Nos. 4 and 5, respectively in Cont.Cas(C) No. 395/2019. 7.
