State of U.P. and others, Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:115192 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that prayer made in this writ petition regarding arrears of Dearness Allowance will be settled along with determination of pension in accordance with law. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, since claim of the petitioner is effectively under consideration, therefore, there is no reason to doubt the submission of learned counsel for the respondents. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of.
