Side) ORDER This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8290 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week thereafter, once in a week i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.30 am until further orders. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8290 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week thereafter, once in a week i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.30 am until further orders is relaxed. 4.
