The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.17 dated 17.01.2025 under Sections 118(1), 115(2) read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Section 117(2) of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa. 2. Vide order dated 27.05.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 27.05.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5.
