On the last date of hearing, notice was issued in the present case. Mr. Neeraj Yadav, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and has filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. 3. At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI, Pushplata submits that in the present case cancellation report has been prepared and the same would be filed before the Court of concerned Magistrate within a period of 2 weeks.
