Page No.# 2/2 This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for allowing her to withdraw a sum of Rs.4,29,072/- being the 30% of the awarded amount deposited before the Registry of this Court as per order dated 19.06.2024 passed in I.A.(Civil) No.1832/2024. Ms. Chutia, learned counsel for the opposite party No.1 submits that she has filed objection in this application, but the said objection petition is not available on the record. However, taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this Court is inclined to allow this application. The applicant is allowed to withdraw the sum of Rs.4,29,072/- from the Registry of this Court. In terms of above, the I.A. stands disposed of. Comparing Assistant Sd/- Robin Phukan JUDGE
