By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers: ―(A) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or similar or other appropriate Writ or direction to the Respondent No. 1, directing the respondent to refer the MSME claim petition No. UDYAM-DL-08- 004660/S/0000 I to the arbitration as per the provisions of Section 18(2) and 18(3) of the MSMED Act, 2006. (B) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or similar or other appropriate writ or direction to the Respondent No. 1 to adjudicate the MSME claim petition No. UDY AM-DL-08-004660/S/00001 expeditiously and without any further delay.‖ This is a digitally signed order.
