This application is filed by the wife seeking transfer of proceeding bearing Petition No. A-40 of 2025, pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Akola to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Nanded. 4. It is the case of the wife that, she is residing with her old aged parents at Nanded. The distance between two places is around 250 kms. Ethape ( 2 ) 972-MCA-218-2025 The applicant wife has a three-year-old son who stays with her. She therefore finds it difficult to travel alone to Akola, as there is no one in the family in a position to accompany her. It is also her case that since she was driven out of the house, she finds it difficult to make arrangements for stay at Akola. She thus prays for allowing the application. 5. Considering above, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Hence, the following order:- ORDER (i) Misc. Civil Application stands allowed. (ii) The proceedings of Petition No. A-40 of 2025, pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Akola stands transferred to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Nanded. (iii) After transfer of the proceeding, the applicant shall not seek unnecessary adjournments. In case the Trial Court finds that the adjournments are unnecessarily sought, the Trial Court may deal with such application, so as to compensate the respondent-husband, if he Ethape ( 3 ) 972-MCA-218-2025 personally remains present. (iv) Whenever request is made by the respondent-husband seeking permission to appear through video conferencing, the same shall be considered liberally by the trial Court. (vi) With this, Misc.
