The petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Goilkera P.S. case No. 19/2024, for the offence registered under sections 376-D, 342, 313 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Chaibasa. 3. The bail application of the petitioners was earlier rejected by this Court in B. A. Nos. 8452/2024 & 8440/2024 vide order dated 10.01.2025. 4. The petitioners who are cousins are alleged to have gang raped the victim. 5. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of victim recorded during the trial, in which she has given go by the prosecution case, as such, she has been declared hostile. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
