To issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus to the Respondent No.5 Assistant Director of Land Records, Hukkeri to consider the letter dated 06.07.2022 of Respondent No.2 - Tahasildar, Hukkeri at Annexure-D and letter dated 11/05/2025 of the Petitioner at Annexure -E to conduct the Survey and prepare the PT sheet of R.S.No.284 of Shiragaon Village in Hukkeri Taluka. b. The short grievance of the petitioner is that the letter of respondent No.2 dated 06.07.2022 at Annexure-D and subsequently, the representation submitted by petitioner on 11.05.2025 at Annexure-E to carryout a survey of the property of the petitioner in R.S.No.284 of Shiragaon village, Tq: Hukkeri, to identify the photkharab in the said land, has not been done. 4. Whenever any representation is submitted by a citizen to an authority, the authority is required to pass necessary orders on the representation either accepting or rejecting the representation within a reasonable period of time. Neither having been done, I pass the following: ORDER i. Writ petition is allowed. ii. A mandamus is issued directing respondent No.5 to consider the letter dated 06.07.2022 at Annexure-D - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:12312 WP No. 106180 of 2025 and representation of the petitioner dated 11.05.2025 at Annexure-E and pass necessary orders in relation thereto in accordance with law by issuing notice to all the stakeholders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
