Petitioner has sought quashing of FIR No. 0526 dated 06.05.2021, registered against him for offences punishable under Sections 306 IPC and Sections 10 and 3(1) of Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, at Police Station Kotwali Haridwar, District Haridwar. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that upon investigation, Closure/Final Report has been filed in the matter, as evidence collected was not found sufficient to proceed against petitioner. Thus, he submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. After filing of closure report, nothing survives in this writ petition. 5.
