The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per F.I.R., 350 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the bank of river. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. He submits that petitioner has got three criminal antecedent, out which two are of similar in nature. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
