However, it is submitted that two different chargesheets have been filed in two different Courts and therefore, he is permitted to make request to the Court concerned to transfer the said cases in one Court. Permission is granted. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to apply for adjournment before the learned Magistrate, who shall accommodate the petitioner till transfer the above two cases in one Court.
