This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the Proceedings eProgs.No.1281/A3/2018 Dt.--- /01/2019 issued by the District Collector/Chairperson, The District Women and Child Development Agency, Chittoor thereby making Petitioner to retire from her services as Anganwadi Helper (AYA) with retrospective effect from the date 30-06-2018 without taking in to account her Date of Birth as per School Record as illegal, arbitrary, against principles of natural justice and set aside the same as against Petitioner herein and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 to continue the Petitioner as Anganwadi Helper (AYA) for Diguva Thanda,

Erugonda Palem Gram Panchayath, Kalakada Mandal, Chittoor District in Respondents’ organization with all service benefits along with payment of arrears of Salary due from the Month July, 2018, and to pass such other order or orders……”
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare would submit that the relief has become infructuous in this matter, since the matter is relating to superannuation. The petitioner is already retired from service after attaining the age of superannuation.
3. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous. No order as to Costs.
