It is noticed that those persons who were aggrieved by the Order of the Writ Court dated 17.11.2022 in those Writ Petitions have now approached the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.2558 of 2022 etc., batch and the case was also heard by the Division Bench of this Court on 26.02.2025 and is now listed for continuation on 10.03.2025. 3. In view of the Order passed in W.P.No.19939 of 2014 and W.P.No.36827 of 2016 on 17.11.2022, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in W.A.Nos.2558 of 2022 etc., batch before the Division Bench of this Court. No costs.
