Mr. Pradeep Kumar Chaurasia, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, pursuant to subsequent advertisement his client was one of the contenders for being allotted retail outlet. There was lottery held and respondent no.4 provisionally selected. Said respondent submitted his documents. His client obtained discovery by query made under Right to Information Act, 2005. There was discovery that the land offered is agricultural land, having cosharers. No objection certificate (NOC) was not submitted nor it can be shown that the lease was jointly executed. His client and other contenders made formal complaint. The oil company however is seeking to proceed to allot. He submits further, his client also made representation dated 19th March, 2024 to the oil company. There be direction for considering it. 2. Mr. Nishant Mehrotra, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3 (the oil company) and Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta, learned advocate for respondent no.4. 3. Respondent no.3 is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 19th March, 2024. For the purpose said respondent may require assistance of petitioner and respondent no.4. 4. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order alongwith copy of his representation dated 19th March, 2024, to respondent no.3. Result of the consideration be made known to petitioner and respondent no.4 within three weeks from the communication. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
