Chief Judicial Magistate, Firozabad, vide its report dated 28.05.2024 has informed this Court that accused-respondents Shri Krishan died on 15.03.2022, Ram Kishan died on 19.05.1986 and Smt. Shakuntala died on 04.09.2020. All the accused-respondents were the members of same family. 3. In verification of death of accused-respondents, the statement of Sub-Inspector Prem Pal Singh and Ram Saran Pathak have been recorded. Police report by Sub-Inspector Prem Pal Singh at Police Station-Pachokhara, District-Firozabad has also been annexed. Both certificates issued by the Gram Pradhan and Government of U.P. has also been annexed. 4. In view of the above, since all the three accused-respondents have already passed away, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as abated. 5.
