Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to expedite the proceeding of Appeal No.C202515000000887/2025, Bhawarnath Vs. Sudhir Kumar Pandey and others, U/s 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in respect of land property bearing Arazi No. 72 Area 0.518 hectare situated in Chakdarshan, Pargana Atrauliya, Tehsil Budhanpur, District Azamgarh within stipulated period as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned case is pending before respondent no.2 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the stay application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and the appeal itself may be decided within six months after hearing all the parties concerned in accordance with law provided that there is no other legal impediment.
