Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already obtained permission from the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Nedumkandam for reissue of the passport of the petitioner for a period from 05.08.2025 till 05.02.2026. It is submitted that, the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner for reissue of passport taking into account Exhibit P3 order of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Nedumkandam [in CMP No.1417 of 2025 in C.C. Nos.567/2019 and 1537/2020]. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and considering the limited nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition will stand disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on any application that may have been filed by the petitioner for 2025:KER:27164 WP(C) NO. 12463 OF 2025 3 reissue of his passport, in accordance with the law, taking into consideration Exhibit P3 order of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Nedumkandam, as expeditiously as possible.
