These are the Appeals fled by the State against the Judgments and Award dated 27/02/2014, passed in L.A.R. No.213/2000 and L.A.R. No.230/2000. 2. It is submitted by the learned AGP for the Appellants – State that, the State Government has taken policy decision not to challenge the Reference Court’s Judgments, wherein, the enhancement is within four [4] times of the compensation awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Offcer [SLAO]. He submits that, 1 2025:BHC-AUG:10827 971-FA-1630-2018.odt the Government Resolution dated 03/11/2016 and Corrigindum dated 23/02/2017 have been issued in that regard. He submits that, several Appeals have been disposed off pursuant to the said Government Resolution. He submits that, in the case in hand, the compensation enhanced by the learned Reference Court comes within four [4] times of the compensation awarded by the SLAO. Hence, these Appeals may be disposed off. 3. The learned Advocate appears for the Respondents – Claimants. 4. There is no dispute that, several Appeals, which are covered by the aforesaid Government Resolution, are disposed off by this Court. 5. In view of the above submissions made by the learned AGP for the Appellants – State, this Appeals are disposed off in view of the said Government Resolution and Corrigindum. 6.
