By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for interest upon the delayed payment of post retiral dues. 3. It is contended that representation of petitioner dated 21.01.2024 is still pending consideration before the respondent No. 2. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider and disposed of the pending representation of petitioner dated 21.01.2024 within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
