If that be the case, the petitioner can surrender before the jurisdictional court. 2. Therefore, this bail application is disposed of with the following directions. 1) The petitioner shall surrender before the jurisdictional court within two weeks from today. 2) The petitioner is free to file a bail application before the jurisdictional court with advance copy to the B.A.No.4389 of 2025 3 2025:KER:29358 prosecutor concerned.
