This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein/accused No.3 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.4 of 2025 of RIMS U/G Police Station, Kadapa, Kadapa District.
2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein/accused No.3 for the offence punishable under Section 8 © read with 20 (b) (ii) (c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner herein/accused No.3 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
