This writ petition has been filed for quashing the first information report dated 25.4.2025, under sections 420, 406, 504, 506 I.P.C., registered as Case Crime No. 171 of 2025, P.S. Maharajpur, District Kanpur Nagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State submitted that the Charge sheet No. 160/2025 has been forwarded on 7.5.2025 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
