Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondents to decide the representation (ANNEX. 5) dated 12.05.2025 which has been still pending before respondent no. 2. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no. 2 to issue a registration certificate of the Dentist Hygienist due to reason the petitioner has already been requested transfer of his registration of the Dentist Hygienist from the State of Punjab Dentist Council to State of UP Dentist Council vide dated 08.05.2025 u/s 46A of Dentist Act 1948." 2. Sri Abhay Singh Tomar, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Adarsh Bhushan, appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2, points out that transfer of registration of a dentist registered in one State to another State can only be made on an application filed in the prescribed form to the Council along with renewal fee. According to him, the petitioner has not complied with the procedural requirements laid down in this regard in Section 46-A of the Dentist Act, 1948. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move proper application as per the statutory requirements. 4.
