A copy of the afÏdavit stated to have been executed by the victim has been filed, in which she had stated that the marriage between the parties was fixed during the childhood which was to be solemnized after attaining the adulthood. Prima facie, it appears that the victim wanted to solemnize marriage with the petitioner after attaining the adulthood and parties want to solemnize the marriage as they have become adult, therefore, in these circumstances, present petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail with effect from 10.02.2025 to 17.02.2025, subject to his furnishing of personal and surety bonds in the sum of ₹50,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/Additional Registrar (Judicial) of this Court before 10.01.2025, with an undertaking to surrender before the Jail authorities on 17.02.2025. While on bail, the petitioner will abide by the following terms and conditions:- (i) The petitioner will not intimidate the witnesses, nor will he influence any evidence in any manner whatsoever; and (ii) The petitioner will furnish the address to the Jail authorities where he would be available during the period of his interim bail and will also furnish any change in the address during the period of interim bail. 4. A copy of this order be sent to Superintendent, Lala Lajpat Rai Open Air Jail, Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P. and learned Trial Court, through FASTER, to ensure the necessary compliance. 5.
