The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of this Court’s order dated 15th September, 2022, in W.P.(C) 10866/2021 and the order dated 13th December, 2023, in CONT.CAS(C) 1857/2023. 2. This Court notes that two Status Reports have been filed on behalf of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”). 3. Perusal of the aforesaid shows that the requisite actions have been taken by the MCD, including, sealing action qua the property in question, i.e., House No. 1598, Saini Mohalla, K.M. Pur, New Delhi-110003. 6. Accordingly, MCD is directed to ensure that no further unauthorised construction takes place in the property in question. 7. In case, any further action is required to be taken, the same shall be done, by the MCD. 8. Needless to state that in case, any further unauthorised construction takes place in the property in question, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the present petition. 9.
