Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2. The present contempt application has been filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 26.11.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2392 of 2020. 3. A show cause has been filed by opposite party no. 4 i.e. Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Sasaram, now the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Parishad, Sasaram stating therein that as per the order of this Court, the representation of the petitioners has been disposed off by learned Municipal Commissioner, Sasaram vide order dated 20.07.2023. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that other dues have been paid but pension and earned leave have not been paid to the petitioners. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission and the fact that the order of this court has been complied and representation filed by the petitioners has already been disposed, I find that Patna High Court MJC No.1666 of 2022(4) dt.07-02-2025 3/3 there is no reason to initiate contempt against the opposite parties. However, if the petitioners have any remaining grievance, they are at liberty to challenge the order, disposing their representation dated 20.07.2023, before the appropriate forum. 6.
