The matter has been mutually settled between the parties at a fixed amount of Rs.19,88,180/- (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs Eighty Eight Thousand One Hundred Eighty Only) out of which an amount of Rs.6,00,180/- has already been deposited which has not been withdrawn. Accordingly, the remaining amount of Rs.13,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs only) shall be deposited by the Insurance Company before the Registry of this Court within a period of 30(thirty) days. An amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs) only be fixed deposited in any nationalized bank. Statutory deposit, if any, will be refunded. Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of.
