By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to make the petitioner's service permanent or regularize as per the rule 20 of t he UP Lekhpal Service Rules 2006 as well as under the provisions mentioned in letter no.879/4/miss/2019 vide dated 5/02/2019 of the hon'ble revenue board UP;" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 25.09.2024 and reminder thereof on 18.04.2025 which is pending consideration till date. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 25.09.2024 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
