Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 1767 of 2025 Heard the parties The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tamar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025(N), for the offences registered under Section 18(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Ranchi. On 18.01.2025, Tamar Police received confidential information that poppy was cultivated in village Chipibandhdih. The police party apprehended the petitioner while he was present at the place of occurrence. It is alleged that the land belonged to the petitioner. Attention has been drawn towards the entry made in case diary, from which it appears that the land is of the nature of Mundari khutkhatti and name of Visheshwar Singh Munda was entered in revenue records. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S.
