Learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing for some time, fairly submits that petitioners may be given liberty to place the subsequent events, i.e., a judgment passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Secretary, Up Basic Education Board And 2 Others vs. Tripurari Dubey And 3 Others, 2025:AHC:67382-DB that they are entitled for salary in the pay scale of Headmaster for the period they have worked as Ad hoc Principal and impugned order may not come in the way. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents has no objection to aforesaid request. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of that in case a detailed representation is filed by petitioners disclosing material facts and position of law, the same shall be considered in accordance with law taking note of aforesaid judgment in Tripurari Dubey (supra) and impugned order will not come in the way.
