The present petition has been filed, praying for the following reliefs:- "(A). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 25.04.2025 issued by respondent No.8 to the petitioner to remove the construction over the land Gata No.174M within three days failing which the construction will be demolished forcibly. (B). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents directing them not to demolish the construction of the petitioner (residential house) in pursuance of impugned notice dated 25.4.2025. (C). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents staying the effect and operation of the impugned notice dated 25.4.2025 issued by respondent No.8 to the petitioner to remove the construction over the land Gata No. 174M within three days failing which the construction will be demolished forcibly." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn to enable him to exercise his remedy in the civil court. 3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
