Instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.71 dated 26.06.2024 under Sections 18/27/27A/29/61/85 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka. 2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-95-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 03.03.2025 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed being not pressed. Now, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after 02 months and 26 days. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
