The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused was running brothal house. hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has got nothing to do with the brothal house run by other accused.. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petitioner along with other accused were involved in immoral activities by running a brothal house and from there two victims have been rescused and the petitioner acted as a pimp. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
