From perusal of petition, it appears that after swearing of the petition and affidavit before the Oath Commissioner and reporting of the petition certain corrections have been made in the stay application filed alongwith the petition. 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there is no correction in the affidavit and it is only on the writ petition. 3. This Court finds that once swearing has been done before the Oath Commissioner and petition has been reported by the Stamp Reporter, no correction can be made in the writ petition by petitioners' counsel without permission of the Court. 4. In view of the fact as interpolation has been done in the writ petition after reporting of writ petition without permission of the Court, writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
