This Court was not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. At that stage, the counsel for the petitioner want to submit that the petitioner will surrender before the investigating officer. Accordingly, an order was passed as evident by Annexure-A2 order. Without obeying the order of this Court, the 2nd bail application is filed. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, the 2nd bail application is not maintainable. With the above observation, this bail application is dismissed. Sd/- P.V.KUNHIKRISHNAN JUDGE SKS
